On this episode Zay Zay meets a Cuban born entrepreneur and philanthropist who found huge success as a media executive before co-founding Latino Broadcasting Company. We ge the opportunity to listen to Tony recount his upbringing in the northeastern U.S., how he was able to hold on to his Latino heritage in a new country and his inspiration for his biggest passion project to date, The Immigrant Archive Project. He passionately pursues the chronicling and sharing of stories from immigrants across the country. His dream is to “ensure that the faces and voices of immigrants are seen and heard, not only collectively, but individually. And in doing so will teach us to understand the immigrant in fundamentally human and moral terms.”
